Three Royal Observer Corps traffic sheets from a Group 20 (York) exercise
watch have been recovered from the March 1989 archive. The three reporting
posts — Tunstall (55), Keyingham (56), and Skirlaugh (57) — all belong to
the Tunstall cluster. Tunstall served as cluster master from 1975 to
stand-down.

  Determine the target plotted by the three posts and identify the site
  at that location.

  Submit the primary flag in the form:  P2P{SITENAME_NICKNAME}

  where SITENAME is the short name of the site at the target coordinate
  and NICKNAME is the nickname of that site.

  If a quality threshold is achieved during the plotting procedure, a
  secondary acknowledge appears separately. Submit it as a bonus flag.
